Lift Maintenance & Service
To support the need for routine lift maintenance and emergency repairs, Niche Lifts provides on-going lift maintenance under an annual plan which is agreed at the time of commissioning. Our engineers are all fully trained and known for their high levels of customer care. Niche Lifts does not undertake maintenance on products that we have not supplied.
Product Guarantee
All the lifts that Niche Lifts supplies and installs are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of installation/handover. The guarantee covers all parts and labour however, we do exclude repairs or replacement due to abuse, misuse or vandalism. Our engineers undertake guaranteed work during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Emergency service calls outside of these hours will attract an out-of-hours charge.
There are some specific items that carry additional and/or extended guarantees. Your Niche Lifts Consultant will be able to advise you on what is available and the length of an extended term.
