For applications with split levels requiring access up or down over a vertical distance of up to 1000mm, an open vertical low rise lifting platform or step lift, is the ideal solution. The Niche Mira step lift is particularly well-liked by individuals or businesses wishing to provide internal and external wheelchair access to their premises.

Equipped with automatic wheelchair ramp, side hand rails, hold to run platform controls and an upper level access interlock gate (depending on the travel distance), the Niche Mira step lift is a safe and reliable solution to low rise access needs. As the low rise lifting platform is free standing and does not require a pit, installation is fast and trouble-free, and it requires little or no structural modifications.

The lifting platform can be easily converted into a step lift by adding an innovative bridging device which allows wheelchair access for up to 4 steps (1m). The lifting platform is not only a cost-effective quality solution but is also supremely flexible.

Our low rise step lift provides the option of both indoor and outdoor installations, and are suitable for installations within the public and commercial sectors. They can be used as a means to overcome access problems for those who experience issues with scaling steps, or as a way of moving general passengers from a pavement level to an upper or lower floor.
