To support the need for routine servicing and emergency repairs, Niche Lifts provides ongoing maintenance. This is under an annual lift service plan which is agreed at the time of commissioning.

Platform lift Installation, Maintenance and repairs
All the lifts that Niche Lifts supply and install are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of installation/handover. The guarantee covers all parts and labour. However, we do exclude repairs or replacement due to abuse, misuse or vandalism.
Our engineers undertake guaranteed work during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
There are some specific items that carry additional and/or extended guarantees. Your Niche Lifts Consultant will be able to advise you on what is available and the length of an extended term.
